Catholic Daughters
Parish Organizations   >   Catholic Daughters

This is the largest national organization of Catholic women in the world dedicated to strengthen their spiritual life through Christ and his church. The Daughters were formed by the Knights of Columbus in 1902 and are now organized in 42 states and in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, the Virgin Islands, Guam and Spain.

Goals of the national organization include: the enhancement of spiritual life; support of the Holy Father; bishops and clergy; Habitat for Humanity; Right to Life; Adopt a child; veteran support, assistance to the unfortunate; issues affecting church, family and society; scholarships; and supporting vocations to the religious life.

Our local Court of St. Anthony has a scholarship fund and supports the Dallas Pro Life committee, sponsors semi-annual blood drives and assists our Priest in any way we can, helping feed the hungry through aid to the local food bank. We look toward the future and support Saint Anthony Building Fund toward an elementary school for the parish.

Any Catholic lay or religious women, 18 years of age or older; who love and support the Catholic Church and would like to participate in social and charitable activities, are welcome.

Schedule: Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the month in Father Pondant Hall at 7:00 p.m.
