Each day, little babies begin to grow, and wiggle and kick inside their mothers - but, for far too many, this life experience is all they will know. They will never feel simple graces like the warm touch of their mother's arms, the cool wind blowing through their hair on a magnificent summer's day, nor even the first light of their coming into the world. You can help change all that.
Join keynote speaker Daniel Cardinal DiNardo, Archbishop of Galveston-Houston, and special guest Abby Johnson, former Planned Parenthood Director, in a celebration of life at the much-anticipated Bishop's 17th Annual Catholic Pro-Life Dinner, to be hosted by the Most Reverend Kevin J. Farrell, D.D., Bishop of the Diocese of Dallas, on Saturday, April 10, 2010, at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas. The funds raised at this event will be critical for continuing the life-saving work of the Catholic Pro-Life Committee, the most comprehensive and organized diocesan pro-life organization in the country that was founded in the city where Roe v. Wade began. All dinner proceeds fund our nine life-saving ministries that provide supportive services for mothers, pro-life education, prayer, public witness and civic action to protect babies in danger of abortion and to build a culture of life.
Please welcome Cardinal DiNardo, Abby Johnson, and our 2010 Bishop's Dinner Honorary Chairs, Patti & John T. Cody, Jr., of St. Rita Parish. We thank them for their dedication and commitment to life and to helping make this year's Bishop's Dinner a success.
Deadline for reservations: March 25, 2010
