This is offered for those who need to update their training and also for those who wish to volunteer for the first time. Safe Environment Screening procedures are to be used for volunteers who work directly with minors and vulnerable adults. Other volunteers who must follow the screening procedures are ushers/ greeters. To volunteer, you should be attending Mass in our parish. Catholic Daughters are sponsoring a blood drive on Sunday, August 25th, from 8:30 to 2:30. We will be using the blood mobile parked in the front parking lot. As you have probably heard on the news, blood availability has reached a national critical low Please give the gift of life and sign up in the narthex after Mass today. You must be at least 17 years of age, and have an ID with you to give blood. In next week’s bulletin, there will be instructions on how to pre-register online and save time when you come to donate.
