I have taught in a preschool environment for 14 years. I started working with children as an assistant when I was 15. I then ran a before and after care program, on-site at an elementary school in Washington state. When I moved to Texas four years ago, I started working at Little Saints and Scholars in the two-year-old room. For the past three years, I have been one of the Kindergarten teachers.
I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Central Washington University, specializing in Human Resource management. Last year, I completed all my coursework for a Texas teaching certificate (EC-4), but decided against working in an elementary school when the opportunity to be Director at Little Saints and Scholars presented itself.
I have been married for 15 years and have two children, Dylan (10) and Jordyn (7). Both of my children attended Little Saints and Scholars. I was raised Catholic and I am an active member of Saint Anthony’s Church. I have enjoyed the opportunity to teach children for so many years, and I am excited beyond words with the new opportunity to lead Little Saints and Scholars.
